Overall, the flight was fine. The plane was comfortable enough and the staff were friendly, so I can’t really complain about that part. But my flight ended up getting delayed twice, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of mixed, good service, but I do wish they were more reliable with the schedule...

They did help me out eventually, which I appreciated, but yeah, the replies took longer than I expected sometimes. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a bit frustrating waiting around for an update.
